This submission constitutes a non-binding inquiry only and does not represent a confirmed booking, agreement, or acceptance of the proposed offer by Tristan Roberson or his management team. Submission of this form does not guarantee availability or commitment.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information to the best of your ability so that the Tristan Roberson team can properly evaluate the opportunity and determine whether to pursue further discussions.
In the event that your offer is accepted and a performance agreement is executed, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total agreed performance fee will be required to secure the booking. This deposit is nonrefundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to event cancellation due to loss of venue, loss of sponsorship, weather-related issues, personnel changes, or any other unforeseen circumstances outside of the artist’s control.
Final terms, conditions, and obligations will be outlined in a separate formal performance contract, which must be signed by all parties prior to confirmation of the event. This will be sent from TKO – Michael Kelley
