ABOUT TRISTAN ROBERSON
With more than 22 million career streams, four consecutive No. 1 Texas radio singles, 525,000+ followers across social media, listeners in more than 182 countries, and nine career award wins, Tristan Roberson has quickly become one of the most exciting young independent artists in country music. Even more remarkable—he’s accomplished it all by the age of 18.
Raised in Frisco, Texas, Tristan is a country singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, recording artist, performer, and author whose music brings together the storytelling and heart of traditional country with the energy of a new generation. Influenced by artists ranging from George Strait, Keith Whitley, George Jones, Alan Jackson, and Hank Williams Jr. to Parker McCollum, Cody Johnson, and Zach Top, Tristan has developed a sound rooted firmly in country tradition without feeling stuck in the past.
Modern Texas Country. Traditional storytelling. Built for the road.
Music has been a part of Tristan’s life for as long as he can remember. A true multi-instrumentalist, he performs on acoustic guitar, electric guitar, piano, and drums, giving him a musical foundation that goes far beyond simply being the voice at the front of the stage. Songwriting soon became the heart of that creativity, and by his mid-teens, Tristan was writing and composing original music of his own.
He began releasing music professionally in 2024, and what followed happened quickly.
His breakout single “Somewhere In Texas” climbed to No. 1 on the Texas Regional Radio Report, beginning a streak that has now produced four consecutive No. 1 radio singles — “Somewhere In Texas,” “One Night In Dallas,” “Rough Spot,” and “I Can’t Get Over You.” His music has also gained traction beyond the Texas market, charting nationally and becoming part of expanding radio campaigns throughout the United States and internationally.
Streaming audiences have responded just as strongly. Tristan’s catalog has surpassed 22 million streams across major platforms, reaching listeners in more than 182 countries and helping build an online community of more than half a million followers across social media.
Several of his songs have been supported by major editorial playlists including Spotify’s New Music Friday, Singled Out, All New Country, Fresh Finds Country, Texas Country Now, and Next From Nashville.
Tristan’s music has also earned multiple international chart placements on the Apple iTunes Country Charts — including No. 1 in Spain and Costa Rica, No. 2 in Brazil, Mexico, and Italy, and Top 10 placements across several other countries. That international audience has moved beyond streaming as Tristan has taken his live show outside the United States, including a performance at the MTY Country Festival in Monterrey, Mexico.
His debut album, One Night In Dallas, introduced listeners to the range of Tristan’s songwriting and became a major step forward in his career, producing fan favorites, radio success, millions of streams, and industry recognition. The album went on to earn Country Album of the Year finalist recognition at the Texas Country Music Awards.
In July 2026, Tristan released his 14-song sophomore album, Down For The Ride, opening a new chapter both musically and personally. The project expands on the sound he established with One Night In Dallas while showing the growth of an artist who has spent the last two years writing, recording, touring, and learning what connects with audiences night after night.
At the center of everything, though, is the live show.
Tristan has built his career through real rooms, real touring, and real audiences developing a reputation as an engaging live performer capable of stepping into everything from an intimate acoustic listening room to a full-band festival stage.
He has shared the stage with artists including Aaron Watson, Braxton Keith and William Beckmann and others while steadily building his own headlining career. His touring résumé includes respected venues such as Billy Bob’s Texas, Tannahill’s Tavern & Music Hall, Cheatham Street Warehouse, Gilley’s Dallas, Chief’s on Broadway in Nashville, Coupland Dancehall, Luckenbach, and venues throughout Texas and across the country.
Tristan has also appeared at major festivals and special events including Texas Music Revolution, North Texas Fair & Rodeo, Gillespie County Fair, and MTY Country Festival in Monterrey, Mexico.
One of his most meaningful hometown performances came when he headlined Frisco Freedom Fest, performing for thousands at one of North Texas’ largest Independence Day celebrations. He’s also performed the National Anthem at Globe Life Field for the Texas Rangers, appeared at the Premier Women’s Rodeo Championships at Cowtown Coliseum, and delivered a featured performance for the Governor of Texas at the Texas Peace Officer Memorial
And the industry has taken notice.
Now a nine-time award winner, Tristan’s honors include New Male Vocalist of the Year at the 2026 Texas Regional Radio Music Awards, Emerging Artist of the Year at the 2025 Texas Country Music Awards, and Artist of the Year (Under 18) at the 2025 Josie Music Awards, presented at Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry House.
His songwriting has been recognized from the beginning. In 2024, Tristan became the youngest finalist in Season 10 of the Texas State Songwriters Championship, finishing as 1st Runner-Up and winning Top Radio Pick of the Year. He later received the organization’s Hall of Fame Achievement Award.
In 2026, Tristan became a Top 5 Texas Country Music Awards finalist for Male Artist of the Year, while One Night In Dallas was named a finalist for Country Album of the Year and “I Can’t Get Over You” earned finalist recognition for Country Single of the Year. He also received eight nominations at the 2026 Josie Music Awards and was named a finalist in the
Unsigned Only Music Awards, International Singer-Songwriter Association Awards, and InterContinental Music Awards.
Media and radio have followed Tristan’s journey as well, with appearances and features including Country Now, Good Morning Texas, Texas Today, 95.9 The Ranch, KPUR Amarillo, KBTX Bryan, KETK East Texas Live, and numerous radio shows, podcasts, and independent country outlets throughout the United States.
Fans who want to see what happens beyond the stage can follow Tristan’s ongoing YouTube docuseries, Road Life with Tristan Roberson – The Making of a Texas Country Artist. The series follows the shows, miles on the road, recording sessions, backstage moments, setbacks, victories, and everyday reality of building an independent country music career from the ground up.
Outside of music, Tristan added author to his résumé with the release of his children’s book, Santa Drove My Bronco, and his unmistakable Texas style has led to a partnership with Twinstone Hats, including his signature “Dallas” hat.
For all the streams, chart positions, awards, and milestones, Tristan’s approach remains pretty simple: write honest songs, put on a great show, work hard, and keep moving forward.
At only 18, he’s already released two full-length albums, scored four consecutive No. 1 records, performed internationally, built a half-million-plus social audience, headlined major events, accumulated more than 20 million streams, and earned nine career awards.
And this is still just the beginning.
